“Yoga Myntra” Studio, East Godavari, Kakinada (AP) 533001 India, was founded in International Yoga Day 21 June 2019 by Shri Sandeep Thakur Ji. We practice what we preach, live, breathe, and practice yoga every day. Our beliefs are in accordance with the traditional, classical yoga teachings of the sage Patanjali and other ancient scriptures on yoga. Our yoga teaching style is the combination of Indian traditional yoga practice and modern approach. We are a registered yoga school with “INTERNATIONAL YOGA ORGANIZATION” and conduct IYT 200, IYT 300, and IYT 500 teacher training courses which are some of the best yoga teacher training courses in India. We are always follow Ashtanga yoga flow, Vinyasa yoga flow, Pragya Yoga flow & Hatha Yoga in which strength, flexibility and stability of each and every body movement are emphasized together with proper alignment, breathing and focusing points. Hailing from one the holy twin cities Haridwar, situated close to the Yoga capital in the world, Rishikesh, Sandeep Thakur grew up with the influence of Yoga around his. His deep philosophy around he practice starts from accepting the body as it is, continuous growth comes from continuous learning and that teaching a beginner makes his a better teacher and a Yogi. Such profound thoughts are sprinkled across the sessions with his. He has 15 years of Yoga practice under his Arial and he is an artist at heart. He is an alumnus of the Dev sanskriti vishwavidhalay Haridwar 2008. And 1000+ of his students agree with the artist part as well because his yoga sequences are nothing short of amazing. His preferred forms of yoga are, Ashtanga, Hatha, Pragya, Vinyasa and Prop based practice. Sandeep Thakur says the most important thing in life
