Details : I have an exceptional mind blowing journey in yoga. First coincidence is I m born on 21 June 1988 the international yoga day. I have started developing interest in yoga as I have done sudershan kriya from art of living organization. I was suffering from depression problem and got a lots of benifit from it. So i got help from Anita Jaiswal a level 5 yoga certification holder who involved me in yoga classes with children. Later she told me about Nilima jain mam who is a very good yoga trainer and very good guider. I got chance to attend her training program of 3 days in which she has given me knowledge about beautiful yoga Asana and theory classes. I have filled exam form for RPL yoga trainer 2023 level 4 so i attended her classes. I have given exam both practical and theory. Hoping for the result to be good. I will practice yoga further as it benifit me from depression problem. I am very happy to be a part of yoga art of living . Jai guru dev.
