History of the School

Living 150 Wellness and Yoga Academy was founded in 2016 and started by Dr. Aditya Jayant Jahagirdar  who has been teaching since 7 years now. Living 150 is a thought to extend a healthy life up to 150 years. Dr. Aditya

Jahagirdar being the 4 th generation Ayurveda Doctor in the family thought of combining the science of Yoga and Ayurveda which does wonders in improving the health and wellness of Individuals and  ventually the society.

Living 150 academy provides Yoga consultations, Diet consultations, Lifestyle management through Yoga and diet.

We offer various Yoga Teacher Training courses maintaining Ancient Yoga Tradition in online and offline modes, regular Yoga classes, Yoga and Ayurveda Retreats, Yoga workshops etc. All the courses, sessions, workshops, consultations are conducted and guided by experts like Doctors, Certified Yoga professionals and Certified nutritionists.

About the Owner

Dr. Aditya Jayant Jahagirdar is working as an International Ayurveda consultant at Jahagirdar Ayurveda which is in service for the public since 1886. He has completed his masters – M.D. in Ayurvedic Preventive and Social medicine.

He is an International Yoga professional and a Yoga Teacher & Evaluator at Yoga certification Board of India,ministry of AYUSH. He has delivered many guest lectures at various programmes and has presented research papers on Yoga and Ayurveda.

His main focus is developing a system with combination of Ayurvedic and Yogic lifestyle to prevent and cure the various health conditions in a holistic way.
