The history of Algarve Yoga School has its roots in the heart of the mountains of Austria. The yoga center (Life Art Bliss base) offered year-round yoga classes, retreats, seminars and workshops. The center grew over the years and welcomed more and more people who wanted to improve and strengthen their health, both physically and mentally. Then Life Art Bliss Base moved to the Algarve, Portugal.

For 7 years, the center offered yoga classes, but also Qi gong, ayurvedic treatments and health workshops. After many years of practice and experience, Algarve Yoga School opens its doors (on-site and online) to welcome students who wish to receive a solid training in the following areas Yoga - Ayurveda - Naturopathy - Energy practices.

Details of School Owner:
Aude Wassertheurer studied Yoga and Ayurveda in India, USA, Austria and UK. After a life practicing, teaching and studying, she opened Algarve Yoga School in order to transmit her experience, technics and philosophical approach of Yoga .
